It's been a few days since I was able to get out to the beach and capture the wonderful things that the Lord offers up. Whether is was due to the sub freezing temps or the crappy, rainy weather, or being a little lazy, I was glad to get back out this morning and see this. I've been a little busy working on cartoon ideas and my other blogs but it's necessary therapy to get out and do what I do. Happy Monday.

Changing views like changing scenery

The morning I took this shot I was thinking to myself, how blessed am I to be able to see things like this and be able to capture them for others to see? Every day is unique and everyday is special. Sometimes I make it out to the beach and it's raining or its grey and it's not a "top 10" morning for a stellar image. But, in the scheme of things, each day is typically something I have never seen before. As I get closer to my due date I try to remember these days and have to smile knowing that what I captured can be shared for years to come.

It rained steady all day long yesterday here in NE Florida. I read the sunrise report and it said High Tide and cold out. Felt like 35 deg with the wind they said. It did. As I stood out there freezing my butt off I realized that it truly wasn't that cold out, I've been in colder weather and it could always be worse. It's all about perspective.

And I guess perspective is really just explaining what you are experiencing and comparing it to what someone else feels they are experiencing.

Have a great day.

The Sky is on Fire!!

What an amazing morning. You don't see these too often. I only capture what the Big Guy paints for us to see. No filters used, only slight exposure adjustments and a little sharpness if needed. If you would like to see more daily shots, please check out my JB Originals Facebook page.
